Refugees+ aims to develop the capacity and competences of youth workers who work with young migrants, refugees and asylum seekers (YMRA) in order to foster the inclusion in local communities. The programme is built on non-formal education.

This training course wants to discuss the main issues and challenges in fostering inclusion of YMRA. – to share good practices, tools, methods on specific topics related to working with YMRA  (for example self-care of a youth worker, mental health – PTSD and trauma, advocacy, connection with the local communities…)

Methodology and programme elements:

The methodology of this training course is based on the principles of non-formal learning. This will enable participants to fully participate in the learning process.
